Located in the heart of Estrie region directly on the shores of Magog Lake and specially designed for lovers of relaxation, boating, skiing, golfing and/or snowmobiling.
Panoramic view from the glass gallery of the lake and the sunrise. At sunset, the colors are even more magnificent.
Wooded at the rear of the land and large lawn area in front of the lake to do your activities while admiring the view. There is also a private dock where you can moor your motorboat. Two kayaks, a paddle board, and life jackets for adults are available, as well as a kayak and paddle board for children. A spa, an outdoor fireplace, deck chairs, two outdoor dining areas and two BBQs are also at your disposal.
The chalet has 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, high speed wifi, two ROKU smart televisions, indoor fireplace, bedding and shower towels.
It can accommodate 1 to 12 people maximum (around 10 parking spaces) and it is made up of three bedrooms:
Bedroom #1: a king bed
Bedroom #2: a queen bed & a single bed (bunk)
Bedroom #3: a double bed (bunk) & a single bed (bunk)
The nautical club is 270 meters away to rent other boats or sail lessons. The boat descent is at the municipal beach 7 minutes by car (4 km).
Located 2 minutes from Highway 10 and 7 minutes from major shops such as Walmart, Canadian Tire Rona, and grocery store, 4 minutes from Golf Venise, 12 minutes from downtown Magog or the bucolic village of Orford and 16 minutes from Mont Orford for skiing or hiking.
The snowmobile trail runs on the lake, so you will have direct access to it from the chalet. Are you a cycling enthusiast? The ''LA ROUTE VERTE'' cycle path is located at the end of the street next to the chalet.

| Très beau site, bien situé avec une belle vue sur le lac. Nous devions nous déplacer pour jouer au golf sur différents terrains terrains pas très loin du chalet.. Le chalet avait des bons lits ainsi que de beaux appareils ménagés. Le propriétaire a répondu à toute mes questions avant l'arrivée. Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour. Ybeaudry@yahoo.ca

| The house was beautiful! Very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The boats were a huge hit with the family and we loved the bunkbeds, hot tub and amazing deck overlooking the gorgeous lake! Would come back again for sure!

| Magnifique chalet. Emplacement extraordinaire. Quel bel endroit. Tout était impeccable à notre arrivée. Enfants et petits-enfants ont adorés leur séjour et nous également. Vraiment très bien situé nous avons adoré.

| Le site extérieur est très bien aménagé et très agréable. C'est très plaisant d'avoir 2 terrasses, une au soleil l'autre à l'ombre chacune avec un BBQ. Les lits sont très confortables.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille.

| Nous avons particulièrement aimé notre séjour en profitant de la belle vue sur le lac. L'équipement aquatique est adéquat pour les activités sur l'eau.
Le nombre d'ustensiles par contre, était insuffisant pour 12 personnes. Le. Un peu de savon à lessive aurait été apprécié.
Durant notre séjour, nous avons profité d'un bel arc-en-ciel et un magnifique lever du soleil pour deux de nos petits-enfants matinals.
Un gros merci au propriétaire et son organisation pour ce beau chalet.

Owner response: Bonjour M Tremblay, Merci pour votre belle note et nous sommes heureux que vous ayiez passé un bon moment. Nous sommes très surpis d'apprendre qu'il n'y a pas suffisamment d'ustensiles car nous avons un tiroir pleins qui est parfois cherché par les voyageurs étant donné que sa poignée est cachée par le rebord du comptoire. Normalement, ils nous écrivent un courriel et nous leurs répondons aussitôt. Nous sommes navrés pour le savon à lessive, normalement il y a quelques capsules dans l'armoire au dessus de la laveuse. Nous verrons à ce que ce ne soit plus oublié. | |
