There is also a charming antique refrigerator serving as a coffee station, with a Nespresso machine and milk frother; as well as a lovely breakfast nook overlooking the courtyard and the mature trees, where you can also watch and hear the birds singing.

There are 2 full bathrooms, one with a lovely clawfoot tub, the other with a large Italian-style ceramic shower without a door.

On the second floor, there is a charming sunroom with a view of the river, from which you can admire the view, the sunrises and sunsets, comfortably installed on the recamier or the hammock chair.

You can also take advantage of its large land, as well as its gallery all in front, view on the river, and its terrace on 2 levels. The outdoor layout offers you different warm, friendly and gathering spaces: dining area, relaxation, bistro, conversation and games, BBQ.

You may also wish to lounge in the comfortable double hammock suspended under a mature apple tree, as well as the outdoor fire pit.

Families with young children are also, of course, very welcome, and everything you need is left at your disposal for you comfort and security: safety gate for stairs, high chair, playpen, bath, baby monitor, safety gate for bed, dishes for kids.
