Modern condo construction 2023 ski in/ Ski out on the magnificent Owls Head Mountain. 2 minutes walk from CLUB LAC located on the edge of Memphremagog. This private facility includes: heated swimming pool, spa, bubble bath, rest area (lounge chairs and umbrellas), dining area with BBQ. You also have the Owls Head golf course 4 km away

Le Nid offers you an outdoor parking as well as a space at the garage level. Storage for bicycles and a locker for skis including a boot dryer (4) is also available to the occupants.
