Welcome to our Island View cottage, its a waterfront church cottage entirely renovated for four season use. Its situated in Northern New Brunswick on the mighty Restigouche River known for its world renowned salmon fishing, in the small community of Flatlands, NB
Here's what you can expect from our Island View Church Cottage

Entering from the front door of the church cottage: You'll find several feature walls beautifully decorated museum style with old vintage tools on a collage of multiple colored barn-boards. On the left stairs leading to the lower level, on the right a powder room with a toilet and vanity with tall godic windows.

The first floor: Enter double doors into an open space, on the right a fully equipped kitchen which consist of a fridge, dish washer, stove, microwave, toaster oven, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Wait don't forget to grab your favorite cocktail. NOW we are ready to continue the tour on the left across from the kitchen is an 8 people beautiful rustic barn-wood dining room table, a coffee bar, and a piano for those talented musicians. From the kitchen, take two steps into the lounge area and enjoy the gorgeous view of the river while siting by the fire place, or make your way to the patio by our side door for a much closer view of the river and the spa.

The lower level: is where you will find a full bath which includes a bathtub, shower, vanity, with an attached laundry room, TV room and 3 bedrooms each with queen beds.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 6 adults, no additional guest, no air mattress, no tents, no RV, no kids under 15 years of age, no pets but we do have a resident sitter that will look after your dog should you be stuck.
