Unique, well-located chalet in the magnificent Cerf district. Built in 2023. Directly opposite the ski slopes of Mont St-Côme and just minutes from the village of St-Come.

Enjoy magnificent views of Lac du Cerf, the mountains and the ski hill.

The chalet is set into the mountainside, overlooking its neighbors.

From the hot tub, fire pit or inside the chalet, you can enjoy lake and mountain views all year round.

Access to the lake is nearby.
