Welcome to La Maison Bleue Sur Lac, a vacation getaway on beautiful Lac Tapani nestled right in the village of Sainte-Anne-du-lac, https:/ /www.steannedulac.ca/ . Approx 3 hours north of Ottawa-Gatineau (35 minutes north of Mont Laurier). 3 hours and 20 minutes from Montreal.
Right on the FCMQ trail.
Parking for a minimum of 3 trucks and 20' trailers, possibly more if the trailers are smaller. The entire side yard in the pictures is available for parking.
Accommodating 8-10 people, our very comfortable and cozy lakehouse has 4 bedrooms and 1 bath. 3 full bedrooms with queen sized beds and the 4th room is an office with a double futon, there is also a futon in the downstairs family room for extra sleeping capacity.
Included is high speed internet (125Mbps), 2 TV with Rokus for use with your personal streaming account services, and a well-equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave. There is also a washer and dryer should you need them.
The outdoor living area has a gazebo and a propane BBQ. You need to bring your own tank in the winter.

There is a deli with a selection of prepared meals, goods baked onsite, and butcher's counter as well as wine, beer, and other goods including fresh vegetables. If more variety is needed, there is a SAQ outlet in the town's other convenience store, Epicerie Tapani, along with a restaurant (Gite Touristique) and bar (Shooters) also all within walking distance. | What a great place to stay to go snowmobiling! This was our third year in a row. The snowmobile trails around Saint Anne du lac are something you have to experience. There are many great loops from the cottage with great lodges to stop at for gas and lunch. The location has lots of room for parking, direct access to the trails and is very close to the gas station (within one block) that also has groceries and beer. The cottage has everything you need for a great stay. It is very clean and the host will make sure you have a great stay. We will be back next year!

| 2nd time staying here, cottage is always very clean and well looked after. Has everything there that you need for a comfortable stay. Perfect location for a snowmobile trip. Cottage is well equipped for cooking and the town also has an excellent restaurant near by along with fuel nearby. Dwayne is a perfect host

| Dwayne was very responsive, providing plenty of tips and pointers to local establishments for food and convenience.
The house was spotless on arrival, cozy, and provided accommodations for our bulky sledding gear. There was plenty of room inside, and we found all the necessities there.
The house is in a perfect location for sledding giving access to trails in multiple directions to mix up your rides, or select the most recently groomed routes. Gas is a stones throw away along with a well stocked convenience store selling a bit or everything we might need. We had breakfast once down the road at the Resto-Bar Relais Du Touriste, and it was awesome. Everyone we met in the town was very friendly / accommodating. The plowed area on the property allowed for 2 vehicles pulling trailers.
Overall, we had a great stay, and would definitely like to come back.

| We had an amazing winter getaway at this charming lakeside cottage! Our group of three couples (six people) found it to be the perfect retreat. The cottage was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
One of the highlights of our stay was snowmobiling in the beautiful winter landscape such a fantastic experience with access to the trail right in the backyard! The location is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, but it's also a great spot to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings.
The landlord was wonderful to deal with friendly, responsive, and attentive, making the whole rental process seamless. We highly recommend this gem and will absolutely be returning again and again.
Can't wait for our next stay!
