Welcome to La Maison Bleue Sur Lac, a vacation getaway on beautiful Lac Tapani nestled right in the village of Sainte-Anne-du-lac, https:/ /www.steannedulac.ca/ . Approx 3 hours north of Ottawa-Gatineau (35 minutes north of Mont Laurier). 3 hours and 20 minutes from Montreal.
You will be able to snowmobile from the backyard onto the lake directly to TQ13, 233 and 319 to access hundreds of kilometres of fantastic snowmobile trails like 322 and TQ53. Local destinations include outfitters Fer A Cheval, 100 Lacs, Mekoos, Rabaska, Mont Diablo and Windigo falls and more without having to deal with all the traffic from Mont Laurier!
Parking for a minimum of 3 trucks and 20' trailers, possibly more if the trailers are smaller. The entire side yard in the pictures will be cleared for parking.
Accommodating 8-10 people, our fully winterized lakehouse has 4 bedrooms and 1 bath, 3 full bedrooms with queen sized beds and the 4th room is an office with a futon for extra sleeping capacity. Included is high speed internet (125Mbps), 2 TV with Rokus for use with your personal streaming account services, and a well-equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave. There is also a washer and dryer should you need them and a second futon in the lower living room. The outdoor living area has a gazebo (snow conditions permitting, there is a shovel if you want to clean it up and have a beverage on a nice day. Propane BBQ (bring your own tank in the winter).

There is a deli with a selection of prepared meals, goods baked onsite, and butcher's counter as well as wine, beer, and other goods including fresh vegetables. If more variety is needed, there is a SAQ outlet in the town's other convenience store, Epicerie Tapani, along with a restaurant (Gite Touristique) and bar (Shooters) also all within walking distance. | This is the ultimate rental for snowmobiling or for a summer stay. Fantastic access to trails. The chalet is spacious, tidy, clean and well-equipped. Everything you need and more is there. The owner/host is responsible and knowledgeable to answer any questions quickly. Plenty of parking, a beautiful gazebo, close to depanneur (store) and gas. Cute and scenic town. If I didn't already live at a lake, I would definitely rent in summer also. Can't wait for next winter.

| Tout était vraiment très propre à notre arrivée. Récemment rénové, plusieurs équipements sont presque neufs, il ne manquait absolument de rien. L'accès aux sentiers sur le Lac Tapani se fait directement derrière la maison, c'est super. De plus, l'accès à l'épicerie et le poste d'essence est à quelques pieds de la maison. Quoi demander de mieux. Les propriétaires sont très accessibles et se sont assurés à notre arrivée et durant notre séjour de 5 jours que tout était à notre satisfaction et que nous manquions de rien. Ces petits détails furent fort appréciés. Tu vois bien que le service aux clients et le respect des règlement sont essentiels pour eux et avec raison, ils s'assurent ainsi que les lieux restent propres et à l'entière satisfaction du client. Nous vous recommandons fortement "la maison bleue" pour votre prochaine aventure de motoneiges ou autres activités, ça doit être de toute beauté durant la période estivale, la vue sur le lac est superbe. Nous allons y retourner c'est certain. Un grand merci.

La maison bleue a été la place idéale pour notre week-end de motoneiges. Tout était vraiment très propre et nous avons bien apprécié l'attention aux détails. De plus, la maison est très bien située pour l'accès aux sentiers de motoneiges, essence, épicerie etc. Le propriétaire (Dwayne) nous a aussi fait d'excellentes recommandations pour les sentiers, choses à voir, etc. C'est avec grand plaisir que nous vous conseillons "la maison bleue" pour votre prochaine aventure de motoneiges.

| What a great place to stay for a snowmobile trip. House was nice and clean, but the best part was you can tell the owner (Dwayne) snowmobiles. Walk in the house and there are big mats on the floor to catch the snow and helmet racks and plenty of space to hang your gear. Right on the lake that leads to great trails. Gas across the street. And just far enough north from Mount Laurier to keep the trails nice and the traffic away. Dwayne even gave great recommendations of trails to ride and places to have dinner. Will stay again for sure
