LE-GRAND-M is designed for 33 guests or more.
The dormitory ($500 + taxes) is mandatory and will be automatically charged for any reservation, even if you do not plan to use it.
For groups of 32 guests or fewer, please book LE-PETIT-M instead.
This policy applies to all reservations made as of February 14, 2026.
For reservations made prior to this date, the dormitory had to be requested at the time of booking, as indicated.
Located in the beautiful Charlevoix region, this true manor can accommodate large groups of up to 40 guests! LE-M offers luxury, comfort, and space with its 5,000 sq. ft. of living area. It is the perfect place for corporate retreats, family gatherings, or getaways with friends.
Air conditioning, radiant heated floors, and numerous bedrooms with queen beds and ensuite bathrooms ensure unmatched comfort throughout your stay.
You certainly won't be bored—pool table, foosball, ping-pong, and two large living rooms will keep everyone entertained. Both adults and children will find something to enjoy! Conveniently located along Route 138, Le Grand M is less than 5 minutes from the first hiking trails and 10 minutes from the Massif de Charlevoix.
For corporate stays, a projector is available on site.
You will also have access to a 4-season swim spa.
