La Maison-du-Rocher is physically the closest house to the famous Percé Rock. It has been completely renovated with a choice of top-of-the-range materials and attention to detail. The kitchen offers a large island with stools and all the essentials to make your stay comfortable. The open-plan living and dining area offers breathtaking views of the sea, Percé Rock and Bonaventure Island.

The house is located on the Percé Heritage Site, between Manoir Wexford and Villa Frédérick-James. This area of the village is protected by the Cultural Heritage Act.
