Maximum guests allowed is 6, no visitors, no exceeding this capacity at any time. New- Superb cottage decorated with care and attention by the owners on the shores of Lac des Abénaquis with spa. For rent for a romantic weekend, with family or friends, for a few days or by the week. All modern and luxurious amenities to welcome you in warm comfort and a feeling of being at home, but in nature on the edge of a lake. The chalet has a maximum capacity of 6 people, with spacious living areas and everything you need to make your stay as pleasant and serene as possible. With a magnificent view of the lake, the charming municipality of Ste-Aurélie welcomes you with summer and winter activities. 90 minutes from Quebec City. Just 30 minutes from St-Georges de Beauce and Lac Etchemin, you have a full choice of nature activities and nearby restaurants/ pubs to make your stay unforgettable. NO SMOKING AND NO PETS (allergic persons in the family).

1 full kitchen with patio door leading to a large gallery (propane BBQ, swing facing the lake, and 6-person patio table in summer only), with dining room that seats 6, breakfast counter, 2-seater
Wine fridge, walk-in pantry to store your groceries. The kitchen is equipped with all the crockery and cutlery needed for a group of 6, serving dishes, table linens, knives, wine glasses and cocktail glasses, plastic tableware for outdoor use and for children, etc. Keurig coffeemaker (capsules and carafe for ground coffee), microwave, hob with oven, fridge with water and ice dispenser in door, fondue dish, raclette oven, rotisserie, toaster in breakfast area.

And you won't lack for anything: paper towels, toilet paper with layers (yes, we call it that, because it's often missing in rental cottages!), crockery cupboards filled with beautiful things (nothing mismatched at our place : ), cleaning products, dishwashing and laundry soap, portable sweeper, etc. If you're missing something for your comfort, we absolutely want to know about it so we can remedy the situation as far as possible.
Attractions:
At your disposal at the chalet: 2 kayaks and 3 paddle boards, snowshoes in winter.
Summer and winter alike, many hiking trails are available in the beautiful Chaudière-Appalaches region.
Municipality of Ste-Aurélie: In winter, at the end of the lake, a small snowshoe circle (2 km) is perfect for children. There's an indoor skating rink and ice ring. In summer, it's transformed into a tennis and pickleball court, and next door, a potato trailer: a vacation must!
Park with children's playground, softball field, camping and small public beach. Navigable lake ($ inquire at the municipality).
At the end of January, Ste-Aurélie hosts the Ice Fishing Festival, and the lake is decked out with little fishing huts! Snowmobile and ATV trails nearby. In short, year-round activities for all tastes! Small grocery store and SAQ less than 3 KM away, and the larger Inter-marché grocery store and SAQ (quite impressive) 15 minutes from the chalet in the village of St-Prosper.
Mont Orignal, located 30 minutes from the chalet in the Etchemins region, welcomes you to downhill skiing, snowshoeing and hiking trails, summer and winter alike, as well as the Lac Etchemin golf club. You'll also find the Lac Caribou and Haute-Etchemins trails for memorable forest walks.
The 7 Falls Park, also 30 minutes away in St-Georges, is magnificent, and numerous trails run along the river, as does the St-Georges Golf Club. Perfect for dinner one evening in one of the pubs along the Pozer River and its bridges.
