Le Refuge du Pêcheur

Located on the edge of the sea (Saint-Laurent), the Refuge du Pêcheur guarantees you tranquility and privacy.
This very well maintained chalet is built on rock.
It is located 7 minutes east of the village of Les Escoumins.

You will find restaurants in the village, a fishmonger with fresh fish and seafood + restaurant inside, a creamery, a café bistro, a grocery store with SAQ agency license, a pharmacy, a gas station, interpretation trails including one located in the Essipit indigenous reserve.
Do you want to arrive from the south shore, or leave from the north coast? The Les Escoumins/Trois-Pistoles crossing is accessible during the summer season.

In addition to the 180-degree view, you will have the impression of being on the water from inside the chalet with its abundant windows.

Le Refuge has been offering accommodation for over 15 years and has been awarded a rating of 9.9/10 for several years with other rental platforms. Now, present on Chalets au Québec since May 2024, the Refuge family aspires to offer visitors the opportunity to pay less in fees and continue offering the most beautiful and warm chalet on the north coast!

The Refuge welcomes a maximum of 2 adults, non-smoking and very respectful of the place.

Wildlife enthusiasts will be delighted to observe migratory birds, seabirds and marine mammals from inside the chalet but also on its long furnished gallery, what about the natural beach accessible when the tide is low!
