Price and Payment:
- The price includes cleaning fees. The landlord collects these fees with the rental amount and must remit them. To confirm your reservation, you must make a deposit of 25% of the total amount by Interac e-transfer to the email address lc.dupuis01@gmail.com. This amount is non-refundable. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival, also payable by Interac e-transfer to the email address lc.dupuis01@gmail.com. This amount is non-refundable.
Security Deposit:
You must make a $500 security deposit two days prior to your arrival.
- The security deposit is intended to cover any damage to the rented property and personal property at its disposal, and to ensure compliance with these rental conditions for the chalet, as well as municipal by-laws. The security deposit will be refunded within five days of departure, following a visit by the housekeeper. However, if the departure inventory does not match the initial inventory, the security deposit refund period will be extended to three months. Any repair, replacement, and/or additional cleaning costs will be deducted from the security deposit before its return. In the event of a dispute, a $50 hourly management fee plus applicable taxes will be charged in addition to the repair, replacement, and/or additional maintenance costs.
Cancellation
- You can cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival date. However, the 25% deposit made at the time of booking is non-refundable. If your reservation is canceled 30 days prior to your arrival, 50% of the reservation amount will be refunded. If canceled less than 15 days prior to your arrival, there will be no refund. If the tenant shortens the stay, the full rental price is due to the landlord (no refund).
