What's Included
Bathroom essentials and personal care products (soap, shampoo, and conditioner) are provided, along with towels and bed linens.
In the kitchen, you'll find spices, cooking oils, coffee, and tea.
Hand soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent are also provided.
All these essentials are supplied in sufficient quantities to get you started. Once they run out, guests are responsible for replenishing them during their stay.
For monthly and seasonal rentals, snow removal and weekly hot tub maintenance are included.
## The Space
Chalet Bèlkay is a two-story property.
The main floor features an open-concept layout with large windows that let in plenty of natural light.
### Outdoor Living
A spacious wraparound deck invites you to enjoy the surrounding nature. Here, you'll find a covered, 6-person hot tub available year-round, an outdoor shower (summer only), a comfortable outdoor lounge area, and a picnic table.
A BBQ is also available, with a propane tank provided to get you started.
Just 100 metres away, accessible directly from the chalet's property, you'll find Lake Léon (non-motorized watercraft only). Guests can enjoy 2 kayaks, a paddleboard, and a pedal boat. Life jackets for adults and children are also provided.
The spacious outdoor property features a zipline, Spikeball, croquet, axe throwing, a soccer goal, a game net, balls, a swing, a climbing dome, and a children's playhouse.
During winter, we also provide snowshoes for adults and children, as well as sleds for snowy adventures.

The living room features two comfortable sofas, offering plenty of seating for your group. One of the sofas converts into a queen-size bed.
Enjoy a Smart TV with a complimentary Crave subscription, a selection of board games, and a karaoke speaker for entertainment.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals.
It features a beautiful 10-foot central island with seating for four.
You'll also find a fondue and raclette set, a drip coffee maker, a Nespresso Vertuo machine with a milk frother, a cocktail-making kit, and a Ninja blender for preparing your favourite drinks.

The upstairs bathroom features a freestanding bathtub, heated floors, a double vanity, and a modern shower.

A wall-mounted heat pump provides air conditioning during the summer months.
The chalet is equipped with an automatic 20 kW backup generator for peace of mind during power outages, as well as a 220V charging outlet for electric vehicles.
The spacious driveway can easily accommodate up to 8 vehicles.

Chalet Bèlkay enjoys an ideal location, approximately 1 hour from Montreal and Mont-Tremblant, and 15 minutes from the villages of Saint-Donat and Rawdon.
Just 5 minutes from the village centre, you'll find a grocery store, an SAQ liquor store, and a hardware store.
The beautiful Lanaudière region offers endless activities throughout all four seasons.
