The space
Welcome to Chalet Belle-Vue! Located in the mountains, it offers hiking and snowshoeing opportunities. From the moment you arrive, you will enjoy the pleasure of being surrounded by nature thanks to its generous fenestrations, its views of the forest, the mountains and the lake.
Our cottage includes two large bedrooms with queen bed, as well as two full bathrooms, one located upstairs and the other on the garden level, for everyone's comfort and privacy. The family room has a comfortable double sofa bed (memory foam mattress), allowing for up to 6 people in total.
The kitchen is equipped with a large 8-foot island which also serves as a table for 6 people. It is fully equipped with the necessary utensils to prepare a delicious meal for your family or a romantic dinner for two. A fondue stove and raclette machine are also available. A Nespresso coffee machine (Vertuo) comes with a few free capsules for your stay (bring your capsules if needed), as well as a filter coffee machine and a boiler.
Living room: Make yourself comfortable in the living room by the wood burning stove while taking advantage of the connected TV for a beautiful movie night. Your kids will also be able to enjoy the second TV in the family room, as well as several board games, a DVD player, movies and a Wii console.
Terrace: On the covered terrace, enjoy the lake and mountain views. BBQ, table, and chairs are available for outdoor dining during the summer period.

Nestled in the heart of the Laurentians, this mountain chalet boasts magnificent views and an exceptional natural setting. Access is via a typical mountain road — a four-wheel drive vehicle is recommended, especially for the last few minutes of the journey, to arrive safely.
* You also have access to mountain bike and snowmobile trails very close to the chalet from the Village.
The village is about 12 minutes from the chalet and offers a gas station, a bakery, a pastry shop, a restaurant, a library, a hardware store, and a grocery store with SAQ. Activities in the village: ice rink, tube slides, hiking trails, park, etc.

*40 minutes from the Mont-Blanc and Mont-Tremblant alpine ski slopes.

Rental Terms:
USAGE: The chalet is rented exclusively
for resort purposes.
RESPONSIBILITY:
The landlord declines all liability for damage, loss, accidents,
delays, fees, injuries, deaths, or
unforeseen events, including extenuating circumstances. No claims or lawsuits can be brought against
the landlord on this.
PERSONAL EFFECTS: The landlord is not responsible for damage, loss or theft regarding the personal effects of the tenant.
NOISE: No parties or noise will be tolerated after 11 p.m. During the day, please keep the music volume at a
reasonable level.
NO SMOKING:
Strictly No Smoking

ANIMALS: Animals are not
allowed in the chalet.

INTERRUPTION OF SERVICES:
The landlord shall not be liable for any interruption of the services
electrical out of its control.
WASTE MANAGEMENT: Le chalet
has a septic system and a sewage field. It is imperative not to flush tampons, sanitary towels, Q-Tips, or other similar items into the toilet. A trash can is provided for this purpose.
CHALET CONDITION AT DEPARTURE:
Please leave the cottage in good condition
cleanliness upon checkout.
RESPONSIBILITY: The tenant is
responsible for any property damage
occurred in or on the cottage.
CAPACITY: The number of people is limited to 6. Parking is limited to 2-3 cars. Failure to comply with this rule may result in eviction without refund
