The road leading to the chalet is steep and may be more difficult to access depending on weather conditions.
Important Information
All guests are required to complete a pre-arrival registration through our Enso Connect Guest Portal after the reservation is confirmed.
As part of the verification process, guests must provide:

Authorization for an $800 CAD security deposit hold
Security Deposit
A refundable $800 CAD security deposit is required to cover any potential damages during your stay.
If no damages are reported, the authorization hold will be released after check-out.
Depending on your credit card provider, it may take up to 14 days for the hold to disappear from your account.
House Rules
No smoking or vaping inside the chalet.
$250 CAD penalty applies.
Pets are welcome (maximum of 2).
$100 CAD cleaning fee per pet.
Pets are not allowed on furniture.
Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
Visitors must receive prior approval.
Please report any damage or maintenance issues to the property manager as soon as possible.
The owner or property manager reserves the right to terminate the reservation without refund if the house rules are not respected.
