On 2 floors, 1st floor bedroom suite with king size bed / second floor, one loft with double bed and one sofa bed with curtain for privacy.
Located on Dufur Brook in Glen Sutton this peaceful retreat, with views of mountains and rivers, is situated in one of the most charming regions of the Eastern Townships.
Sutton and its surrounding area is well known for its artists and artisans. Gift and clothing boutiques, excellent bakeries and fine dining are all within a short distance.
A twenty minute drive from Sutton village and Mansonville, three different ski hills (Sutton,Owl's head and Jay peak Vermont), golf courses, cross country ski trails, this is a great location for skiing, snowboarding, biking, canoeing/kayaking, hiking, horseback riding, bird watching or simply taking a long walk along wooded trails or picturesque mountain roads.

In order to maintain a quiet outdoor atmosphere and to respect the liberty of children, from June to October, we rent the chalets (Magnifique and Romantique) to adults only. With children it is possible to rent the 2 chalets together. Children are welcome in Chalet Sean during this time. Thank you very much for your understanding.
Cancellation terms:
Cancellations, within 31 days (before the reservation date):
Deposit shall be reimbursed (-30% administration fees).
Cancellations, less than 31 days (before the reservation date):
Deposit will be reimbursed, if we can rent the chalet to other guests for the same period (-30% administration fees).
Cancellations made within one week (before the reservation date). A 50% (of the rental price) will be charged.
*In the case of covid 19 restrictions, deposits will be returned 100% or reservations may be moved to other dates.
The chalets are cleaned and disinfected using the highest standards in order to insure the safety of our guests.

| The greatest challenge in reviewing this property is to find words that come anywhere near describing the experience.
This chalet is exceptional in every way.
Beautiful beyond description, exquisite gardens and grounds, every detail attended to, outside and in. The interior is stunning, welcoming, and offers beauty everywhere you look. A dream kitchen, wood and stone and art wherever you look, an amazing bedroom, complete with an excellent reading library and lounge area, and an incredible bathroom area. Outside spaced that are screened to relax and listen to the brook.
A stay that is most definitely restorative and inspiring.
Elisa has left nothing off the list to assure her guests that hosting/sharing her magnificent properties is her passion.
She and Guy create spaces that are exceptional in their sense of beauty, arrangement and loving attention.
This was a stay that will remain in my heart for all time.

| Ça c'est un chalet. Pas une cabane, ni une maison... Un beau chalet.

| Le chalet est très beau, décoré avec goût. Cheminée qui fonctionne parfaitement. Cuisine bien aménagée (des couverts en inox seraient plus pratiques car passant au lave-vaisselle). Chambre au rdc bas très confortable ainsi que la sdb. La seconde chambre n'en est en fait pas une, c'est seulement une plateforme surélevée au-dessus du salon et où on ne tient pas debout car le plafond est trop bas et le lit n'y est pas très confortable. Ce serait honnête de l'indiquer. Mon avis est que 1000 ? pour deux nuits dans ces conditions de couchage c'est très cher.
Le site au bord du ruisseau est splendide, très calme.
