- These terms and conditions can be modified occasionally.
- In Quebec, the owner is responsible for registering with the CITQ (Corporation de l'industrie touristique du Québec) in order to be in good standing with the regulations concerning short-term rentals in Quebec. The owner is required to display the establishment number provided by the CITQ on his listing. In addition, the owner is responsible for remitting the 3.5% lodging tax to Revenu Québec.
- ChaletsAuQuebec.com will not reveal the owner's address without their agreement. The address is used for administrative purposes only.
- ChaletsAuQuebec.com will not be held responsible for visitors' and owner' actions.
- ChaletsAuQuebec.com will not be held responsible for the accuracy of information provided by the owner.
- The owner recognizes that he is responsible for their own account.
- The owner takes full responsibility for the information and photos displayed on ChaletsAuQuebec.com.
- The owner agrees not to publish information or photos that may be considered offensive. In such an event, ChaletsAuQuebec.com reserves the right to remove the account without notice.
- The owner is fully responsible for access to their account and the disclosure of their password to a third party.
- The owner undertakes to respond to all inquiries left on the site by visitors for his listing. If the owner is unable to respond to inquiries for an extended period of time (over 7 days), he is requested to temporarily withdraw his listing during this time. The listing can be reinstated once he is newly available.
- The owner agrees to keep his calendar up to date if he wishes it to be displayed on his listing. If not, ChaletsAuQuebec.com reserves the right to deactivate it.
- ChaletsAuQuebec.com reserves the right to withdraw a listing without refund if one or several complaints were received.
- ChaletsAuQuebec.com reserves the right to withdraw a listing without refund if a owner makes remarks or uses language considered abusive, insulting, injurious, offensive or with vulgar content in response to persons having contacted them through our site.
- ChaletsAuQuebec.com reserves the right to suspend an account and/or a listing without notice and without refund if there are misrepresentation or fraud by the owner.
- ChaletsAuQuebec.com reserves the right to suspend or withdraw an account or listing without refund if the owner has outstanding and unpaid invoices.
- ChaletsAuQuebec.com reserves the right to withdraw a listing without refund or to modify all information in the listing if it does not comply with the package selected. The owner will be advised by email, if applicable.
- The review feature is optional. However, ChaletsAuQuebec.com reserves the right to withdraw this privilege in the event that we receive repeated complaints about the same listing. The review feature will then be enabled on all ads in the account.
- Listing photos should not contain any text (URL, logos, etc.). Also, a photo should contain only one photo instead of several small photos.
- It's not possible to change the property on a listing. If the property displayed initially is no longer available, it will not be possible to reuse the listing for an another property.
- The owner can send a request to ChaletsAuQuebec.com by e-mail to withdraw their listing from the site. HOWEVER, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND FOR THE CANCELLATION OF A LISTING.
- Ads can not be transferred to another account or another person.
- A listing is intended to promote a single property. It is not allowed to advertise more than one property on a listing.
